I dont believe it is something to be proud of for the girl, but i mean i really dont see anything wrong with it, if they have the kid they must think they are responible enough

no but really, every kid who has a kid underage is making a mistake Yeah but alot of them dont do it on purpose. It all happends with one false move during their unprotected sec and WALAH, she has a baby. And yes they are going to live with this burden for the rest of thier teenage life, but oh well, she made a msitake so she is going to have to deal with it. My friend's friend had the same problem a couple years ago; she is fine now, but oh boy was there a mess of trouble a couple years ago...*thinks back* no!! The horror! *shuts eyes*

well, it's not all bad if both parents are willing to tough it out, and it can produce some very interseting children too. I don't think it is something a girl or a boy at 14-18 should go through, but on second thought no one no matter the age should have kids before they are ready for them.

I think young kids just shouldn't have babies, unless they're 100% sure, they have plenty of money, and stuff, but seriously. A baby gets in the way of someone's school work, you have to find some way to support this baby, and a lot of other stuff.

yea if a girl like has a baby underage they get treated differently like ppl think there liks a slag or something. My m8 adam knows this girl who has had a baby underage i think she was 16 and she was on the newspaper and everything. yea it is up to the ppl have babies underage but as Rikku said it will get in the way of their school work and stuff and need to have money and if your under 16 and you have a baby then you can't even get a JOB! and that would be really hard.

yeah its the same here but we had a girl in my yr who was 12 2 yrs later she is back in school and has been all the way since she even gets dished by the one who give her the baby and shes in a right state now i heard that she tried to kill herself

yea thats really bad you hear all these true stories and you feel sorry for ppl and you get touched by their stories andsometime you might even get involved with it. and 12 is a very young age and it shouldnt of happened really cause obviously she wasnt ready to have a baby and take care of it.

There was a girl at my school that had a baby at the age of either 13 or 14...everyone was always talking about her and stuff, and her reputation got ruined big time. >.> But she continued to go to school, and I thought that was a very wise choice.

You know it takes two in this type of situation....howcome everyone only talking about the girls' in this situation. What about the boys? How does it affect them, and this include the ones that don't be a man about the situation and disclaim the mother and child. You do know that Life doesn't always turn out wonderful for them either?

I got no sympathy for people that have unwanted kids. If they didn't want to have kids, they shouldn't have had sex. The only exception is with rape victims, which I beleive should get everyones full support. But then that could go into abortion issues and that's an entirely different thing.
