what it boils down to is what matters more to the american government our world dying for future generations or the amount of money they make now theyve chosen money over theyre future grandchildren kinda shallow dont ya think? but then agen this is the country that goes to war "to fight terrorism" and confiscate 28 billion dollars worth of oil when the war only costs them 2 billion

I believe that this is a real and evident problem, although not at the magnitude that it is shown to be. Perhaps, in the future, there may be catastrophic consequences, but hopefully there'll be something to fix that.
Of course, that's what they said about antibiotic overuse.

I'm praying that Burt Rutan hurries up and reveals an orbiting space colony.

I don't give a rat's behind about Global Warning. I don't care if I'm hurting the Earth. I don't care if I'm depleting the ozone. When I look outside, I see nature. I see natural things in natural habitat, and I can go out there and live as if man never existed. It may be hart for you yankees to understand, but most of the world is just as natural as the day it was created (used loosely). Take a trip to the south (the unpopulated south), then shut the Hell up.

Actually..........
Sega, have you ever seen the area around Hot Springs from the air? It is NOT as forested and un-cut as you might be led to believe......
Actually, there are HUGE areas of cutting, within a few MILES of the city proper......it's really horrible, dude......
I haven't been able to fly in a while, but, I'll get pictures the next time I go flying [which will probably be when I get m' pilot license]

Noone should care about global warming except those drowning polar bears. If it is happening, it's perfectly natural.

AegisKnight, Google maps works fine.

Google Maps are also drawing data in excess of 7 years old.....the newest being in major cities, minimum of 1 year before.
It's not exactly reliable.

Google Maps for my house aren't that old. Within two years.

where do you live?
the cut-off point for one of the maps ends, like, RIGHT before my house, so I can only get really low-res images of where I live.......and they're old, since my house isn't there
