I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm REALLY glad that this school year's almost over.......
It's been a really long time for me, since a lot of crap's happened and changed over these past fews months.......It's a real joy to get over all of it!
That's all.....you can comment how you like.

Or maybe the world of work is the TRUE illusion, and running around in the mountains, eating hashish is the real world.....
i think that's what God made humans for.

God made humans, so that He could be worshipped... numnuts.

That's what the church says.
The BUDDHIST God, however, made humans to...........um.............sit around in high-altitude temples and get high off of the lack of oxygen and the incense.
...I think.

Unless you work for the Forest and/or National Park Service [which is impossible around where I live....mainly because the town's right in the middle of a national park: Hot Springs National Park] If i could work, I would.

I've been out for the first week of May and waiting patiently for the school year to start up again. For me, school is much better than summer, and I have definitely been excited to move into my apartment.

Do you have horrible summers? I hate school when I know that there's a limit to how long I have to do anything after school. And dreading waking up. I'm an insomniac. Sleeping is the worst part of my day. I sleep in... waking up is the second worst part.

Well, I work two jobs (80-86hr/week) during the summer and while that's not as bad as it sounds, it can't possibly compare to living on your own, waking up at 11 at the earliest, and only going to classes when you feel like it.
Even in high school, I woke up later in the day during school, slept through or skipped classes that didn't interest me, and always had more fun after school even if the time was more limited.

I've never skipped a class. I went to school one day with no intention of going to class, and I must admit, school is much more fun when you know you don't have to go to class.

Yay! First year of Sixth Form is over for me... and bloody hell did it seem quick! I've had fun... and I haven't... I've been in trouble a lot throughout this year, my own fault.
But it's gonna be different next year, I will attend every lesson, I will hand my homework in on time etc etc
Hmm... One thing I won't have next year is some of my friends... They've all gone on to do other things, either work or Uni
So, one year down, another to go... Then hopefully, if I get the grades I need, University

'tis a story, indeed.......
I don't know how many times the 5th period EAST lab and I got grilled over things that were happening to the network

Post by segadragon on Jun 28, 2006 22:07:19 GMT
The network? I didn't touch the network.
I never got caught for that "VIRUS!" flashy webpage, though. I made the webpage, but I didn't put it on the school computers. Seeing "gamingmedley.com" in the History should have given it away, but that was before I was caught for the other thing - so they knew not of GamingMedley.

well, what could they have DONE about the site, if they found it? Blocked it?
wow, that would've kept people from getting on it.....just like blocking anarchist and porn sites at school prevents kids from accessing them at home
|
|
|
Post by segadragon on Jun 28, 2006 22:59:04 GMT
Umm... I guess? You've quite confused me. I don't think the purpose is to prevent children from watching porn altogether, but to stop them from breaking the law at school.
|
|
|
Post by Aegisknight on Jun 28, 2006 23:33:54 GMT
at school, is the point...........
I jsut wonder how much money they waste blocking that crap at school, when kids turn around and DO this crap at home......
But, I guess this is the same argument as the debating the pointlessness of the DEA
|
|
|
Post by segadragon on Jun 29, 2006 1:43:22 GMT
They "waste" this money so that they can avoid a lawsuit.
|
|
|
Post by Aegisknight on Jun 29, 2006 1:46:52 GMT
Ah, this argument has no end...I'm not even gonna try......
So, 'think this thread should be closed down anytime soon?
