<embed src="URL to Music" loop="infinite" volume="100%" width="92%"></embed> Doesn't work in all browsers.
It doesn't work in my browser, so I don't use it, thusly I don't know all the attributes that go with it. Those are the ones to my knowledge that are needed to make it play.

<input id="bgmtog" onclick="toggle(); this.blur();" type="button" value="Turn Music On!" /> <bgsound id="tmsc" loop="infinite" src="http://" /> <script type="text/javascript"> <!--
// All Sites - [Background Music Toggler] by SegaDragon
// URL to Music File: murl = "http://www.yoursite.com/music.mid";
getid = document.getElementById; bgm = getid('bgmtog'); tem = getid('tmsc'); function toggle() { if (bgm.value == "Turn Music On!") { bgm.value = "Turn Music Off!"; tem.src = murl; } else { bgm.value = "Turn Music On!"; tem.src = "http://"; } }
--> </script> There's a toggler I made. Only modify modify the var murl. Don't modify the HTML at top! It's defaultly set to off, because most people find BGM annoying.
